  • Copies of Applicant and Co-applicant’s ID Cards or Passports
  • Copies of Applicant and Co-applicant's Birth Certificates
  • Copies of Applicant and Co-applicant’s TIN Certificates
  • Copy of Marriage certificate (if applicable)
  • Job letters for Applicant and Co-applicant
  • Copy of recent payslip for Applicant and Co-applicant (or an affidavit of Income if self-employed)
  • Proof of ownership of the land acquired (Receipts, Allocation Letter, Agreement of Sale, Transport / Certificate of Title, other)
  • Approved Building plan for Home Construction
  • Builder's Estimate for Construction
